No it isn't sped up, That's just very fast A / AA speed. Go to another town and maybe that A class do not run this fast. You can tell it's not sped up by the audio that sounds normal and syncs up normal.. bike sounds, people talking and cheering, these guys are just that fast. A GoPro mounted on top of a helmet tilted up appropriately (not pointing down at the handle bars🙄 like most novice videos) looks awesome and way faster than mounted on ones chest or helmet face. Spacial relations of less things in the foreground to what's passing by makes a huge difference... Trees look like they are flying by even faster when there are less objects in the foreground to make a spacial relation. Higher frames per second and hi def resolution camera settings will also add to how fast speed appears when recorded.. but it is not speeding the video up they are this fast. Look it up, go watch fassst A /AA woods riders and read up about camera operating for Video/Photography. They teach these things in video/photo classes
