Did you loose low end torque with that motor? I just installed one and its has no torque. Its fast but low end sucks 😢

just add a hydralic release on the driveshaft. pull a leaver and it disengages the power to the back, its how cars like hoonicorn and hoontruck work
@KlunkersKustoms3 жыл бұрын
you just need more power and you can slide it

I'm planning an upgrade just like this video. The black motor is still on the way, and I already have the gearbox. However, some people say that this motor might burn out the ESC. What has your experience been? I have a 30A esc. Also, is it okay not to connect a 224 capacitor between the motors?

@@sd_gundam the black motor spins fast, never had issue with it burning out the ESC

@@KlunkersKustoms Since this video is quite old, I wasn’t expecting many comments, so I really appreciate yours. With that said, I’ll continue with my challenge. I suppose it’s unavoidable that torque decreases as motor speed increases, right? I don't have a capacitor. Will the motor still operate without it?

@@sd_gundam the capacitor just helps if you have a sound board and speaker, helps with distorting the sound
