Thank you for another excellent tutorial! Have you covered how to install the 2-speed transmission with metal the metal links, metal axle and metal axle truss? Do you raise the 2-speed power unit with a bracket or do you make custom links to clear the shift servo? Cheers!

Hiya Liam I had mine set pretty good, then the servo just locked up and now its stick in gear, any idea maybe why? (Doesn’t want to move at all) not too much a biggie but i thought while i was here id just ask. amazing detail and explained clearly once again in the video 👊💪

Sounds like the gear change servo has died, if it's under any load it will burn out, setting up the actuator arm correctly avoids this. Thanks for tuning in bud, massively appreciated 👊😁

hey do you find that the stock shocks in the WPL C24-1 are wayyyy too stiff? like i feel like mine has no suspension.

You can get softer springs now from the offical store. www.wpl-rc.com/collections/c14/products/spring?ref=THYC_RC Best way to gain flex is to add unsprung weight like metal axle or wheel weights

Good video. I had issues with my first two speed as well, but luckily figured out I could slide the mechanism a tiny bit to get it working. When it's set up properly it's really good. The stock 180 climbs/crawls pretty much just as well as the two speed in my experience, but it's nice to have the extra speed the rest of the time.

Hi Liam! I just wanted to ask about the durability of the 2 speed gearbox. Have you had any of them die on you or did you have to replace the motor? I'm having a hard time deciding whether I should get the 2 speed or another single speed 370 because after a week of use, the single speed 370 had issues. Thank you.

What single speed have you got? And as for 6 of my dual speeds all are still running fine, still on stock plastic gears inside (aftermarket metal ones are available) My original dual speed started life in my c24 then went into my B24 where its taken so much abuse attempting 71° for a new climbing challenge world record. I'm very surprised how durable they actually are. Take them time to get the gear change dialled in and they are amazing fun!
