There is an iconic Vanderpump scene from one of the earlier seasons where his now ex, Love Island USA host and queen Ariana Madix, barks back at him while he’s lecturing her about something he truly could not be more wrong about - “Tom you’re being OBTUSE right now!” Tom Sandoval had a vibe for the first 10 seasons of Vanderpump Rules of just not really being genuine, a lot of triangulating, a lot of passive aggression, being an overall try-hard. Had he been on the first season of Traitors, pre-Scandoval implosion, he would have played it exactly the same (clueless, thirsty to be the best at the challenges for some reason), but he would have not had everyone despising him on-sight. Would have probably been someone one of the Traitors would want to take under their wing for a while bc he’s so easily manipulated and baselessly confident, before discarding him at the end, stunning him completely. There is truly something broken in his psyche where he needs so badly to believe that people admire him, that he cannot be skeptical of ulterior motives for why anyone who acts like they admire him might be placating him. Like I’m absolutely certain Tom thinks he is nailing this entire Traitors thing so far and that he’s a thought leader of the group.

Danielle was shitting bricks when she saw Carolyn in that turret iktr 😅 And I can't hold it against her really. She watches Survivor, so she's gotta know that Carolyn's kookiness is just surface level stuff and there's a pretty solid strategist underneath all that. Also, the kookiness is preventing other people from clocking Carolyn, which makes her an extremely unpredictable and dangerous opponent. However, instead of teaming up with Bob, I really do feel like Danielle's most optimal move would've been teaming up with Carolyn and trying to take this to the end with her, cause those two have all the tools needed to be a lethal pairing. This way, she's antagonizing Carolyn and her longevity in the game is dependent on how long Carolyn's willing to put up with that. Anyway, out of all the traitors it's clear as day that Carolyn has the best reads and is able to stay hidden in plain sight the longest, so I'm willing to bet any amount of money that she'll make it the farthest (and by that I mean the final episode). I would love to live in a world where Carolyn also wins this season, so I can't fairly assess if that's possible or not, cause my judgement is very much clouded with wishful thinking lol

I like cast members who talk about strategy in confessionals. So I won't object to Boston Rob & Wes as long as the producers use them well. But Derrick is a snooze. A much smarter and more entertaining choice would be BB's Tiffany from the Cookout

Most women are not entertaining in these shows. That is why in survivor you had so much good males like Shane powers that did not make a returnee because of how top male heavy it all is. And I'm pretty sure besides like Sandra no one is looking forward to much women play. Funny how this guest proves this by only being able to name Sandra, "just bring her again, there's no one else lol"
