I love my Bad Cat Cub 40R head. Got #2 1x12 cabs to go with it. One open and the other closed back. That EF86 preamp is so alive. Great pedal platform amp. Congrats Chappers!

In my opinion, Bea has already sped by in the passing lane. He is quickly gaining international attention for his talent. I saw a full-page ad in a magazine the other day just for his signature pickups. He is one of the most creative and melodic players I've ever heard and is on another level than most KZbin players, in my opinion. I often wonder how he developed his other-worldly sound.

i'm sorry, but the whole world of gear endorsements with artists has got to be one of the most ridiculous and idiotic things in the world. you hear the artist talk about how amazing and awesome their gear is (that they got for free) then they switch companies and oh actually i meant THESE GUYS are the best and THESE things are the best you can get...also i got them for free...oops we parted ways, so now i need somebody else to give me some free stuff!

That’s not exactly how it works, in most cases if an artist has enough of a following, the company of whatever gear the artist may be using contacts them to make a contract usually stating that if the artist publicly continues to use their gear they’ll give discounts, free stuff or a signature model if they’ve been working together enough. Usually this contract is for a set amount of time like 3 years for example, now the thing is most good musicians constantly evolve and their tastes change over time so if they don’t dig the vibe of what they use the way they used to they can either renew the contract and revamp the signature gear or whatever they’ve been using to suit their tastes and if that can’t be done they’ll find something else and not renew the contract. It’s not that they just take free shit and claim it’s the best, it’s that they use the gear they love and then create a business relationship with the company that makes it. At least most respectable artists I’m a fan of are this way

hey there. from the Philippines. i just got the astra zeneca vaccine yesterday as well. so far not as worse as your experience thankfully but i still have a slight headache now and had mild chills last night. there was an anecdote by the one of the nurses that her friend had a bit of a drinking session a night before his vaccine and he had the chills too. maybe that's what happened with you?
