I've decided to start down the path to changing my life and going back to college. I've worked for unappreciative jerks who know less about their business than I do and think I should be willing (and appreciative) to give my left leg and first born for a measly wage. Jerks who look down on you because you make less than them and ignore your input even after its blown up in their face. People who think my time is a resource their entitled to. People who think I should not be there for my children. People who think I should put my job over my health. I will NEVER be like that and I will appreciate my future employees. I'm getting a degree in electrical engineering and I want to be involved in changing the future and making people's lives easier. I've done computer repair and even built custom computers, but I've never been able to turn a real profit from it.

This guy gives a lot of useful advice, I know that because I was raised in an entrepreneurial environment and people around me sad the same things, acted the same way and had the same vision, they were all successful. Whenever you hear someone talking about achieving goals or dreams, visualizing, time management or they have the 'when you stop learning, you start dying' attitude, you're in the right place. I subscribed. My dream is to own an Aventador, that's how I got here, I can symphatize with him.

Rolling shots of the rides are amazing. If this isn't motivation enough, I am not sure what is. Those shot are exactly what the average person sees when they fall in love. The experience is almost out of body & to be honest, even for owners of exotics, its what continues to motivate us. Anyone can do it--it takes motivation, drive, sometimes (frequently) self-sacrifice but it CAN be done. That is the message all YTubers & car enthusiasts should remember. Once again, thnx for motivating us Rob!

Rob, just after watching your first video, I'm already inspired to start my road to the dream car: Corvette Z06 (C7)... I have a job that I work 8-5 but I could work it 6-6 if I wanted to. The 8-5 gets me by, the 6-6 will get me farther and help pay my debts quicker so I can start saving up for dat Z06 sooner. I know, It's no lamborghini but it excites me just to see one of those standing still. Driving one would be a dream come true. I'll be back in 2 years. Or at least that's the plan.
@DoctaM312 жыл бұрын
I agree Rob. I am no auto journalist nor do I claim to be. I love sharing the experience of owning an exotic as much as I enjoyed watching them then & now. Its not surprise then that my favorite (& best) are 1st person (POV), on-boards etc.The reaction vidz are the best overall because I suspect people see themselves, very much like I see my own reaction seeing an exotic. They are lighthearted & fun-the way I like to keep it. I have another type of vidz that I think others will like coming soon.

I have almost saved 180 dollars and it doesnt sound like much but I know that one day i will be able to have my all black 2013 nissan Gtr with a black interior and orange stitching and accenting. Thanks for making this video this is what made me realize how much money i was wasting simply because i could finally drive to each store and get whatever I wanted. Everyone always says well you are only 16 u cant save up for a $100,000 starting now! And all I am thinking is who are u to tell me I can't Ican't wait until 10-15 years from now when I am strolling past your house in my dream car u said that I could't save up for. Thanks again Man! Rob I watched this video series (1&2) almost a year ago, and it has made a very good impression on me. I won't say that because of these videos I decided to quit making my boss's dreams come true, but they definitely added that extra reasoning behind it. I think that for most of us (entrpnrs. sbo, etc.) we already know what needs to be done, but it just makes perfect sense when you hear it from somewhere other than inside your head.

It's good that you are taking the time to make these videos, it's real down to earth advice, with every 50 self help books/videos I've seen or read, only a handful are genuine and not trying to up sell you. The only thing I could add to your advice is that if you have the mindset that the only people that have money are greedy or evil, your mind will never allow you to have any, sounds crazy but true, it was a big struggle for me, keep up the good work, look forward to seeing more videos.

hehe...you are absolutely right. Chasing money before finding what makes you happy in life is like trying to run even before you develop legs. The rule eternal is: do whatever makes you happy, gives you joy, wakes you up excited in life. Then you will excel at this thing and the money is a bi-product. And of course remember, you are not so special that you will fail in your endeavors should you follow through with your "homework" consistently.

Hennessey Venom GT. It looks like a Lotus (which I LOVE, I grew up near a Lotus dealership and spent large part of my weekends there just sitting in the drivers seat) but has the insane power that a Veyron has.

I subscribed at Tony Robbins reference. Not into cars much, but IT and aviation is my passion. I already watched turboprop airplanes listings when you suggested to visualize in your last video. Thanks!

Such an inspirational video I subscribed. I love how you have knowledge primarily towards business,cars and computers but also a vast and general knowledge of various topics. I like how you used muscle atrophy in relationship with learning. Very true.

Glad I quit my first job out of frustration for being under appreciated, which in the real world was a really stupid thing to do. Actually it was the best thing that could have happened I never would have had the motivation and reasoning to do something for myself because I was doing "ok". So spent months using what was left of my money to experiment finding works and finding new ways to sell items instead of "saving" it. Now im actually enjoying what doing and even making $ Money is just a tool
