When I built my fan and shroud, I put extra holes in the Fab shroud, then added rubber flaps over the holes, connected only at the top. When you drive, the holes/rubber blow open letting all the air through, when your stationary with the fan on, it pulls the rubber flush on the holes sounding the shroud , making a seal and pulling through the cores.

I have my own projects that im completely obsessed with and in my leisure time I love to see other peoples projects and how they work. I love to see how they solved problems and technologies that i havent seen, and even just absorb the style that other builders have. Your channel is absolutely my favorite in that regard. @Rob dahm. Double check that the two stroke oil isn’t bean oil(pretty sure Klotz is). Most E85 two stroke oil is bean oil which gums up. It leaves this white sticky residue and can be extremely hard to remove. There is lots of reports of bean oil making the seals sticky. Not sure this is an issue for you since you will be tearing down the motor often but I recommend Motul Micro 2T, it’s expensive but it’s the best stuff out there.

I just Subbed...I have been binging on your 4 rotor Video's...Your doing pretty good..Going slow is the key to building a good race car..The first "version" always takes the longest..I admire how much "unseen" research you have put into this, to make up for your learning curve..Well Done!!...and of course ..WOW what a cool car!!..Looking forward to seeing how this project comes along..Back in the early 80's Jim Downing used to Pit next to me, with his IMSA Rx2/3.. We shared Crews..I was running a NISSAN Sponsored 200SX in the "RS Class" ..That's when I fell in love with Rotary's..another friendbof mine (Rich Childress) was running an Rx2 in American Rally Class..again..Well Done!!!🇺🇸

typical youtuber, drawing out the content because they chose a hugely ambitious project :P I love watching your videos about carefully going through the entire process of getting the car running and tuned, I mean burnouts will be awesome but getting to see the problems you run into and the solutions you come up with is great.

Every hating saying it’s taking too long but I get it it’s built from the ground up and been watching since the beginning of the 3 rotor stuff. Keep going. Love the car

I have the perfect name for this thing. "Uncle Buck" Remember that huge station wagon Candy was driving and how it would always back fire like that when he shut it off. That was to funny.
