Rob before you make the carbon fiber body panels PLEASE take this to a wind tunnel and make sure everything is how you like it, it will show you and dead zones and high pressure zones and I think that would help, especially if you plan on doing half mile runs

Hi Rob. Not sure if this has been discussed but have you seen the issues Bugatti had with tyre valve stems at high speeds. The centrifugal force on the stem amounted to many kilos squshing the stem down towards the rim, in addition the force would open the schrader valve deflating the tyres. Just a thought now you have larger wheels and are talking of 200mph+. Keep safe - CK.

Rob Dahm you should use some screws that are meant for drones that you turn and they pop off and stay on the body piece. And they stay secured like regular bolting. I feel like it would go well with the build

@Rob Dahm I know it would be overkill at this point but, Andrew Brilliant of AMB-Aero does a lot of aero work for world time attack cars (WTAC) and offers services at different price points.....the awesome part about your build is he usually has to model the car to do Aero-SIM work but, since most of your car is has been modeled (by yourself), he can work on the aero package remotely.....in the future he could be a valuable assets to request services from when designing the 4-rotors final body / aero package in Carbon fiber.

At Home Depot they sell a red colored saw blade for a circular saw that’s a high speed steel blade”can’t remember the brand”, they are about 40$ and cut aluminum and steel roofing like crazy just a recommendation for when the bandsaw is down
