He’s aged 5 years since Endgame and is nearing 60. He’s also probably not on that Superhero exercise and diet routine anymore. He was almost certainly dying his hair to appear younger in movies as well. He was already starting to look noticeably older during Infinity War/Endgame. He’s also very open about being a former addict, which takes a long term toll on the body. I think he looks like a normal man in his late 50’s. Also let’s not forget what happened with Chadwick Boseman before he passed with people making fun of, speculating on, and criticizing his appearance only for us all to find out he was going through stage 4 cancer when he passed a few months later. Having aged quickly near his 60s isn't THAT crazy. I mean people often forget how some guys aged rapidly in their 30s. Malcolm McDowell went from looking young in his early 30s to looking 60+ in his early 40s, and yet, despite that severe precocious aging, dude has been healthy for all these years. Aging quickly doesn't necesarily means disease.

Yea couple years ago when I was 26 or so I was doing a lot of H, xans and drinking heavily and people said I looked like I was 40 something all the time. I fr never got ID'd for anything. I'd show up on tinder dates and twice the women said "I thought you were in your 20s....". Got sober, shaved, cut my hair and people now assume I'm 21 😑 literally get called kid by strangers or young man once a month, one dude even thought my ID was fake when I was buying cigs one time. It can be hard to tell, there's so many factors.

Not a vegan but I have vegan friends that are healthier then a lot of other people I know. Veggie bean burgers taste awesome to me, even as a meat eater. Miles better then whatever the weird fake meat stuff is. Imagine going vegan for “health reasons” only to either starve yourself. Or eat food more processed then a 2 week old hotdog my Nan shat out.

WELL ACTUALLY 🧐🤓 Most of us Americans are walking around with fiber and antioxidant deficiencies because they are not eating enough minimally processed plants and mushrooms, and most of our biggest killers are not terrorists or omnipotent purple space aliens, but heart disease and other conditions preventable, and in some cases reversible, through lifestyle. Our best way to prevent and reverse these things includes increasing intake of vegetables, mushrooms, fruit, legumes and whole grains/whole starches while reducing our intake of over-processed foods, dairy, meat, seafood, and eggs, as well as getting good sleep, and increasing and varying our daily activity. Poorly planned vegan diets can be unhealthy in similar ways to poorly planned omnivorous or vegetarian diets because poorly planned, over-processed junk food diets have high chances of leading to poor outcomes, especially in the long term, whether or not they are high in animal-based foods. Too much animal based food in the diet (which is a lot less than most of us think it is) leads to its own set of potential disease forming problems. Well planned whole food plant based diets (wfpb) which can be vegan or mostly vegan provide far better and more complete nutrition than the any other diet out there, especially the standard American diet (although we are making strides in some areas), and have been shown again and again to reduce many of our biggest diseases and help people live longer, healthier lives. They are the only approach to eating that has been shown to reverse diseases like Heart Disease (“Updating a 12-Year Experience With Arrest and Reversal Therapy for Coronary Heart Disease”, Esselstyn CB Jr. The Am J of Cardiology 1999 August 1; 84:339-34) I believe some of the biggest reasons people quit vegan diets have to do with societal and social pressures rather than nutrient deficiencies. Good, healthy, nourishing food should be the default, most easily accessible, most affordable food, and for too many people, it is just not. Additionally, such changes seem so bizarre to a lot of people we are not always the most understanding and supportive of our fellow humans when they are trying to do things better for themselves, the planet, and or other life upon it. We have industry, commercialization, bad information, stereotypes, as well as habits and what we have grown accustomed to, and a host of other factors to thank for this. However, we can give ourselves the best hand in the poker game (or advantage and high modifiers in the dice roll ;-) of health by making sure that our diet is as full with as many veggies, fruits, shrooms, legumes, and complex carbs as possible, and as little as possible of everything else.

He looks fine although I did have an iron deficiency for a couple years and discovered it last fall, I noticed I was significantly paler but I'm surprised no one else had noticed. Also I got tired too easily and my heart would beat rapidly sometimes and I'd get out of breath from minimal excercise. And I'm 27 and skinny. I started taking iron supplements and I got better. Just as a PSA (Public Sarah Announcement).

I think *that’s probably true about people quitting veganism after 2 years. I did it for a year and a half and I decided to stop last year* and eat as a vegetarian would going forward. The major problem I had with it is that it’s super restrictive, healthy which is good, but I personally found it too restrictive Anybody else like me and do it and then quit? Or perhaps do it and stay with it? Either way I’m interested in your experience
