The cool thing about these comparisons to Ligeti and Taverner and Part is that they spent months thinking and writing and revising making final decisions as to how the notes would be set forever. Robert Fripp on the other hand sat down with his guitar and let it happen in one giant breath and musical gesture (as far as the captured soundscapes recordings go). The muse works her magic differently upon us all. Big congrats to Andrew Keeling's skill at arrangement and David Singleton's unique imagination and perspective.
