Now how is money debt? For example, if the government want to build a infrastructure, they meet the bank for mortgage, the bank just typed $500,000,000 in their computer and send it to them with the exchange of government bond. This means the money that was borrowed as a debt from the bank has no value, so the banks exchange something with no value for something valuable. So money served as a debt to collect something valuable. The more you save money in the bank, the more the bank uses your paper money (which has no value) in exchange for something value like gold. So all you time working for money just to earn a penny is for waste because as you save it the bank still make more for it. So now learn how to do what the banks do. The bank knows how to make their money work for them by lending it for exchange for something valuable, you can also do that by investing in real estate or land or companies, the stock market, transportation and more. The message is, don't save money in the bank, the more you save your money, the more it being taxed and they are using it to make more money for themselves. Be wise.. Follow us and share for more content... 0:31

I hear Alot of people saying "how can they become rich". What I keep on telling them is that if you want to be rich you should not work for money. 90% of money is debt, if you want to be rich you need to know how to use debt to become rich. Before 1971 the united states dollar was backed up by the gold standard - that means every single dollar in the bank was having a gold standard on it. So after 1971, the united states president remove dollar from the gold standard so now dollar 💵 is not back by anything. Now the banks can keep on printing Alot cash as they want in exchange for value item like gold, government securities. 0:41

The difference between assets and liabilities is your net worth. When the recession hits. And people lose their jobs that can't afird to rent and pay mortgages etc. Which means people who own rental properties will suffer huge losses. When you rely of workers to pay rent on your rental properties it's very risky. In my country and the neighbouring countries; property owners are in deep trouble. Can't rent and can't sell. This increases liabilities and soon banks will foreclose. Simple arithmetic.

Robbins reveals his dubious credibility by those he associates with to partner products. When Robert had the opportunity to delve deeper, as a partner with access to the product, and the promoter, Robbins, he saw it was smoke and mirrors. Robbins promotes success as the route to happiness. Perhaps that narrative woven by others money wasn’t as evident in closer proximity with Robbins. Robbins product depends on continual mentorship to sustain the impetus motivational reprogramming requires. Technically, at least, Robert’s doesn’t. If Robbins methodology was the success he claims it is then he’d not be reselling product so often to his buyers. Robbins can’t practice what he preaches because it simply doesn’t return over the long term. It’s a quick fire boost you need to replenish. That’s why he sells it so successfully because even he knows it doesn’t work but does produce the passive income stream they’re all promising, but it’s to him, not you.

No one should push silver in the UK because it incurs VAT which for private buyers is unrecoverable. Try sitting on it and finding out you need 20% appreciation before breaking even. But it’s good news for precious metal traders for whom gold is too expensive to push into lower income buyers. The poor are always the losers, most desperate, and most gullible naive buyers, into gurus dream propaganda.

Buys a jet but is afraid to use it coz of cost every time pilot turns engines on Kiyosaki is panicking… whats the point might aswell just fly business class even if you are renting it out they its not so private again is it…
@brynleytalbot778 Жыл бұрын
Annualised costs are fixed and variable on private jet ownership. By chartering your jet you can defray the fixed cost base. However every flight incurs the variable one. His want of a Gulfstream with international flight distances perhaps shows that the charter market is getting saturated with small and medium sized jets with limited flight distances.

CLICKBAIT - HE ONLY THING HE SAYS ABOUT GRANT IS THAT HE DOESN'T AGREE WITH TAKING DEBT. THE ENTIRE REST OF THE VIDEO WAS TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.

With these Treasury yields I can buy a 10 yr Treasury at almost 5% and make 500k of passive income a year for 10 years, how tf I'm I gonna keep 10 mil followers entertained and get that kinda return

That’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad, in a nutshell. Poor Dad plays safe. Rich Dad plays the game. 10 million followers of content that is deemed primetime for KZbin’s advertising market is far more lucrative than £10 million in the bank or invested anywhere else. Oddly, though, for these gurus, their content only gets low margin advertising, often for each other’s educational products. So maybe you’re onto a better return than he optimistically hoped for. But 10 million followers are an untapped market for your high price, low production cost, low value educational product, so that looks like his angle on choosing that option.

Robert bashes Grant for his integrity but at the same time will never tell you the name of the man who refers to as his “Rich Dad” in his book. Seems odd to me.

So integrity = Surrender of privacy? No one owes you the details of their lives. Hmm what was the Poor Dad’s SSN? Oh you won’t say? Sussssss

Who’s asking for deep dark secrets and Social Security numbers? Somebody writes a book in the whole premise is that it’s from the influence of another role model (Dad) it doesn’t even mention who he is? He obviously has ever right not to disclose who he is but it just seems a little strange and odd to me.
@Hala-ataa Жыл бұрын
@@russellpottenger8584 the value of the book is in its utility for the reader, not the actuality of all the details. Millions of people around the world have benefited from its ideas and couldn’t care less about whether or not Robert ACTUALLY wore a red shirt that day in the book…. So, no. Not weird. The onus is not on him to reveal the dad. The onus is on the ideas in his book to positively influence your financial life.
