Why? Because it's the only video of that song that is played? If you've listened to most/all of their live performances, the NY 1973 version is very good, but far from the best version of this song. Still great, but declaring it the greatest version is to not understand the history of this track.

Most of my favourite Zeppelin riffs are placed amid some of my favourite chord changes. Kinda, y'know? They were in top form; wish it could've been the original lineup. Cheers, kids. 🍾 🖖🏼😉🎶❤️🍁❤️✨️🕊🙏🏽

I highly recommend you guys see the film The Song Remains The Same they released in 1975. It's been video & audio remastered in high definition. Most of it was concert footage they recorded at Madison Square Garden in 1973 & has individual fantasy sequences sprinkled in. It was released in theaters I believe in 1975. It covered everything up to Houses of the Holy including this track, which is killer. definitely a must see for any Zeppelin fan.

Kashmir and The Rain Song from this concert are great. I recommend watching it. As for Since I've Been Loving You live always check out the 1973 Madison Square Garden version. There is also a version on the BBC Sessions album that is little talked about but I personally think it is as good as the one from Madison Square Garden.

Was able to see these guys together four times! So grateful. Closest to Zep I could get given my age (51). Thanks big bro! Saw the tour twice with Hurdy Gurdy guy and Porl Thompson. Then twice with the stripped down. Rob's rhythm section from his 'Now and Zen' and 'Manic Nirvana' albums. Bassist is his son-in-law. Drummer passed away, was a beast.

Got to see this concert in Knoxville, TN and Lexington, KY. OUTSTANDING! Page and Plant stayed at Dolly Partin's cabin in the smokey mountains between FL gig and Knoxville gig. 9th row center. I would have paid full ticket price just to see Page do the solo on this song. Michael Lee, RIP, was drummer and was magnificent.

Michael Lee sadly passed away a few years ago, was a great drummer, was in the original Little Angels band, check them out! He also played live with a version of Thin Lizzy after Philip Lynott died…plus a few others. Charlie Jones is Robert’s son in law and used to play in his solo band, great bass player. This project was short lived but produced a couple of pretty good albums.

Hi Guys, In England this entire concert was played on tv. I remember just being sat at home glued to my seat. It is a superb concert with a number of surprises. A different version of Kashmir is wonderful. They released the live album of this concert , "No Quarter". Of course we all miss Led Zeppelin and no new albums ...but...you need to delve into Robert Plants solo albums. There are so many tracks that easily could be on a Led Zeppelin album....There is also the Coverdale / Page album that Nick did a few tracks from on a marathon I requested. There are tracks you have not heard and some I know Lex would love...."Take me for a little while" & "Don't leave me this way" are both ballads but powerful and Coverdale sounds so much like Robert Plant. It is an excellent album and again, definite Led Zep vibes. .... I recommend you start at the beginning with Robert Plants 1st solo album "Pictures at Eleven" It is quite simply brilliant. So if you miss Led Zep new stuff ....This is the place to start. Byee Jim X

On first hearing. But you also know that it is a "constructed" live album, even within one song different concerts were mixed. This clouds the initial assessment. The only thing that is more scandalous is the 80s Pink Floyd album, where DG apparently used some studio tracks. Havefun with all kind of good music.

Hi! This must be from the mid 90´s and the No Quarter Tour. Saw them in Stockholm 95 and they started out with a medley of songs that any other band would have killed for (Whole Lotta Love, Heartbreaker and so on), then they went on to songs like this one, The Battle of Evermore, Gallows Pole and finally Kashmir. Was it good? You bet it was!
