It doesn't get any better than this. Every single one of the four men in this group was phenomenal and can we please acknowledge John Paul Jones who played two instruments at one time, the keyboard and the bass... that's unheard of. ❤ I'm so glad I grew up when rock music was at its peak.

Ricky Spanish I do remember most of it plus I have it on bootleg. I remember there was a long delay for them to come back out for an encore. What was happening backstage was the cops (one was my Dad’s good friend who got me the tickets) wanted to arrest a Plant. He had hit a cop with his microphone during the concert for the way they were roughing up a fan. Badass.

Drummer John Bonham ‘The Beast’ (check out live concert version of Moby Dick! - Arguably THE best rock drummer in history and bassist/organ/mandolin, etc John Paul Jones a musical genius for playing multiple instruments. What you are watching now is the most technically perfect guitarist as well as the high notes Plant hits, but it's the rhythm section of Bonham on drums and Jones on bass. They were touring america in 1970 with their own Boeing airliner so they could do 7 tours of the US in one year but it was 25 night tours in 32 day's, it takes other bands a year to do just one tour.
