Lots of religious comments posted, but I want to underscore that as both Robert and Dan said - If you are not a religious or spiritual person, these methods still work! Excellent video! Thank you so much Robert for sharing your story. And thank you Dan for bringing us another incredible interview! So many nuggets of wisdom here. Some seem like small tweaks, but in reality they can be huge game changers!

Love that this man gave credit where it is due! Christ brought healing to ALL on the cross! By his stripes we ARE healed! Also, Pr 3 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones!

I heard comdian Jim Carey say something that is comforting "people ate depressed because they are trying to impress the world - working hard to be accepted by the world. Just enjoy being nobody and you will find yourself relax and i really felt that to be true and relieving

I brought up Dr. Sarno at my last appointment with my neurologist I’ve been working with for over 15 years for trigeminal neuralgia she said no no no I don’t want to talk about that I know it’s about acceptance that’s all I know that’s all I wanna know and dismissed it. She’s retiring that could be also why she didn’t want to talk about it in two months she’ll be done she’s already out of the game usually she’s pretty open but she wasn’t regarding this. Very sad because my pain is horrific she always says I’m her worst pain patient. Awesome interview thank you❤

Linda - disregard your retiring neurologist. They don't know, nor will they accept that they have been wrong about pain their entire life. You can get well. Scroll through my success stories. I’ve been looking for an interview to share with my friend who has major TMS symptoms galore and is convinced she’s never gonna get cured. This video covers TMS explanation and simplicity all in one and is a very valuable video so thank you.

I too know all this! TMS-PDP, mind body, psychoneuroimmunology, repressed emotions, etc. Yet still, I am stuck in lingering daily symptoms, symptom imperative, low self esteem, low willpower, basically a cycle.

Amazing successtory Robert! I already heard you but it touches me deeply every time. Especially your grief around your dad, and the repression of all that hurt. So sorry you had to experience this as a child. To see a close family - member suffer so badly is traumatic. You have gained such wisdom and now helping others! Thank you and enjoy the whole painfree life that lies ahead of you!🙏❤️

Rob here. Thank you. Vast majority of food intolerances show nothing on allergen tests (Dr. Schubiner, Unlearn Your Pain). It's conditioned responses, learned associations that become self-fulfilling prophecies. Cease to believe in the prophecy and it (gradually) ceases to fulfil itself.

Great interview! So glad you healed. I also have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease (Hashimoto’s) and have been following the same AIP diet for years. I’m gradually adding back in foods because it is so restrictive that it caused me to have food phobia. I’ve also had dizziness for 30 years which is much better after doing this TMS approach. Thank you. Good luck to you!

I noticed he mentioned gingivitis , I have particular areas that “ flare” ,pelvic alot for me ,but at one point my teeth having no prior cavities just starting hurting all of a sudden . All of em , so sensative , plus a particular tooth throbbing , xray did not show a problem but I got it root canaled. And still hurts ,make me wonder if it’s my Mind , instead. And I appreciate that you say nonreligious people can just as easily be benefit ed. I’m learning so much about how the brain works. Did not realize that it could cause all these symptoms for a human and it is awesome for you to put these videos out for free for us to learn so much. ❤🙏 got great insights from both of yall !

Do we have to treat the underlying emotions to get past the imperative recurrences. Or can ignoring them when they flare as best we can and keeping clarity be enough? I'm 3.5 weeks into your group coaching, Dan, and things that were gone a week ago are now intensifying.

I love these types of success stories that talk more about health symptoms as opposed to pain symptoms. I have such a brain block around health symptoms being PDP. I can’t convince myself to not take all the supplements, try all the diets, restrict foods, etc. For some reason my brain thinks all these things are keeping things from getting worse. Even though they’re not getting much better. Thanks for this great video!

I find it strange how the host seemed to have hesitation when the man wanted to say his symptoms. Listeners want to know. Plus little back and forth sure comments. Seemed like he wanted to rush the man.

I do believe TMS can trigger autoimmune diseases for some people. However, autoimmune is from an overactive immune system, not a suppressed system. That’s why corticosteroids are given. To suppress an overactive immune system.

Jesus is the prince of peace. I pray and read the psalms every morning - I'm still getting lots of symptoms but I do believe it is the brain - I'm sure it is from severe trauma that suffered for a long time a very long time and my brain is still in fight or flight. I told doctor and he really embraced - but now he is leaving the health insurance model so he is no longer my doctor because I need health insurance and I am unemployed.
