From rubber bands to game on, one of the best recovery stories I've ever heard. Worth listening to again and again!

My wife got so distraught over my severe ongoing hip leg feet pain that after 41/2 years she left and moved in with her family. Chronic pain is a devastating condition and many people that are not ever affected do not understand how disabling it is! Fortunately I’m now working through this mind body syndrome

Sorry man, it’s been a few years, how are you now? I’m 25 with spinal stenosis and 3 herniated discs, pinched nerves and a failed surgery.

I dont think highlighting the rare few that heal really quick is a good idea because when I didnt heal after a month then 2, I was really getting discouraged, thinking, this is just another therapy that is bs. But now I've heard a lot of people take a long time but do heal so I'm plugging qlong. It's good to see this gentleman heal after 20 years!! That's a long time. I've had back pain 11 years and my strange undiagnosed teeth tightness for 42 years. I Wish me and all happy healing. ❤
