Poet Robert Service, known as "the Bard of the Yukon," lived in this two-room cabin in Dawson City, Yukon, for a period of time. It's also called Building 6.
According to Parks Canada, the cabin was constructed in 1898-99 and "is one of the best examples of a building associated with the larger impact of the gold rush on Canada, including the popular imagination, the evolving concept of the North, and the economic result."
