Hi there, thanks for another helpful video. I was wondering if you could do a video showing how to make a ceramic hinged box. I know this is maybe not up your alley, but there are no videos on you tube (that I can find) that show how to make one, and you are such a great teacher, you were the first one I thought of to ask. The hinges are small cylinders on lid and base box, then an "axle" is pushed through the cylinders creating the hinge. I loved your video on the "chop stick" cut lid, and would like to learn this hinged box technique as well. Thank you, and no worries if you can't help, the boxes I have seen aren't thrown on the wheel but I just thought I would ask.

That sounds like a great idea - I've only ever tried to make one years ago (when I had access to an extruder) and haven't done one since.

I am very interested in the way you have set up your kilns--it looks as if you have created a system for programming manual kiln sitters, yes? I wish you wouldn't sweep your camera around so quickly so I could get a look at your wares and your shop!

About 9.5 or 10 cubic feet (28" x 30") or somewhere in there
