You are a hero Robert. So good to see you smiling ❤❤❤

Still gutting what happened in IndyCar, his performances were the shock of the season. Would be amazing to see him get back to it.

Yeah it's a shame. He would have probably been champion by now.

Yep, he was bloody good during his short IndyCar career.

@@PA-lf8sd even better once you realise he wasn't even in a top car.

A few things: this video *needs* to be longer, I want to see how exactly they modified the car and the technical aspect of it, and I would like to see the actual lap times Robert did for comparison. Loved this so much, I just want more 😊😊😊.

Yes, I 100% agree.

They covered it when they modified Billy's stering wheel

Well given the movement restrictions he talked about, I doubt he did an entire hot lap.

@callmeshaggy5166 you can see Wicken's explain the same issue as Billy had to the engineer.

This is so awesome. Robert Wickens is the nicest guy. It was so inspiring to watch him win a championship in IMSA last season. Hope to watch him continue his racing career from here on!

Great to see him back in single seater car after his Indycar accident.

This is so cool. Reminds me of a film I saw in the 80s (?) about a guy who had no arms, so he drove with his feet. I can see driving hands only in a videogame, but irl? Stones of steel!

Inspiring stuff Give him a seat in FE!!

Pretty impresive . I bet its not easy with hand controls. Great stuff Robbie👍

Well, that was done with a stock wheel that's just been reprogrammed, a custom one with better paddle positioning might make it a bit easier to use.

Would be cool to see him get a placement at a team as test/development driver and try get himself a race seat . Wickens was bloody quick so it would be awesome to see him back in a single seater. Plus, with Gen 4, that comes with power steering. He talks about the steering being heavy but also tougher to manage that with the hand controls. Maybe, some power steering would make that easier.

Il problema per un posto per correre sarebbe che non passerebbe il test di uscita dall auto in caso di incidente o incendio ,i piloti dovrebbero farlo in un tot di secondi, certo fare da tester è un conto, gareggiare è tutto un altro paio di maniche
