I used to workout 4-5 a week, I was in a really bad that broke my back in two places. Besides being able to sit up right and walk again…I was in constant severe pain…I finally worked my way up to 3-4 days in the gym then Covid came…gym closed. I lost my muscle tone, my figure and being later in age…I went from shapely to blah because to workout is pain on top of a rigorous work schedule. I felt horrible seeing myself so different in the mirror. I ended up get cosmetic surgery. I don’t care what anyone say about cosmetic surgery….it’s been around forever to help ppl feel better about themselves. My confidence increase so much by looking put together in my clothes. I started back at the gym…I started eating once a day at 5pm to 7pm and I look better than ever. I studied the cosmetics I wanted for 3yrs before because I was struggling. Lipo helped my back pain tremendously. I barely have pain and without the fluff I’m more flexible. To each their own. I’m able to manage myself and lifestyle well, my financial goals are coming along. My focus is to have me together regardless if I marry. It’s my responsibility. ❤ Thank you!🙏🏽

This was great to share. However I must ask, if your not where you want to be financially, how are you able to afford the surgery? No shade, genuine question! I want a tummy tuck due to having children. I lost the weight but whats left is the skin. So I often wonder how are women getting these procedures. I'm not where I need to be financially so I haven't done anything yet.

Single after many years of marriage to someone who was truly cruel and mean to me as a person and woman. Really, learning my own Godly purpose, being whole, and learning calm independence has been a great teacher over the last 6 months. My relationship w/ God is what will truly matter. No man, person or relationship is going to create joy and happiness. I have to be clear on my own purpose God has for me. That will be the only way. It’s intentional living. Whole and virtuous living. It’s been very good for me to obtain my own freedom and happiness, alone and in God. ❤❤

I was born into grief,x felt it before I knew the word, just that it was a very bad feeling I didnt know the word feeling or words like Happyness!. There were 3 deaths, the favorite baby girl killed by car!. So my mum was greasing for family break up, but she taught me to have lovely days we would save up to Have a lovely Happy day!. But my mum was not but I dont think she was Happy here. She died but God told her she has to come back here !. She got married to please Her Family 👪. But never good enough!.but I am happy to do the Great Commission.x can not imagine family!.

Not many of us women had any one in our lives who exhibited what a man is! No one protected us or provided for us. We were pushed from our mother's worms & thrust into the world alone. We watched TV & learned from it. We also had older neighbors & relatives who weren't GODLY or righteous at all. It took me many yrs to listen to GOD & realize I was lovable. I would love to hear a discussion of what MEN need to know about women and do to make them happy! I want to send it to my son. Bishop words effect you as a person. I have an Aunt who body shamed me for years. I started believing her lies now I’m over weight because I believed I was fat when I wasn’t fat or overweight at all. I get to shut the noise when I go out for my daily walks, but struggling to do so at home: no tv, no youtube, just silence and meditation. RC thank you for your encouraging talks...a lot of the time I listen to other preachers that make me feel not entitled to think of self because we need to be grateful for Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross so in other words think of yourself as nothing because we’re sinful creatures..I struggle with self worth as it is had a challenging past divorced now 8 years and still at a cross road of where to go the church has too many comfortable older men (I’m in my 50’s) that prefer to stay single no dates but 4 in the past 7 years it can be discouraging 🥺 I’m working on my journey with God it’s been over 30 years thank you ☺️ please keep sharing

Pastor is right, my last relationship I depended on my ex husband financially…it was so hard to be my feminine self. He made a lot of money, but I felt so poor. He wanted to give so little to me, and he wanted me to stay home. Eventually I went against his will to go work, and took my power back. I am a successful woman now, happily divorced and dating a wonderful man who is happy to provide for me even when he doesn’t have to. It brings comfort to him to know I can take care of myself if I need to, but he really does take care of me. Plus my career makes me feel so fulfilled and happy, I wish the same for you 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I have known men who claim that women are privileged. When I asked one of them why he thought this, he gave a few reasons, such as women don't have to fight in war etc. Then he added - "and women are happy". He was one of those shallow yet numerous people who equated happiness with therefore being privileged. This video tells it as it is - happiness doesn't bear a great deal of relationship with being privileged in life, it's something which wells up from within in those who do their own inner homework.
