Great instruction! I love how you base your game and the actions you will take as a response to the other person’s reactions to your moves. So many people leave this part out and it is a critical piece of knowledge since no on just sits and lets you submit them. Thanks so much!

Hey Rob, love your stuff! I saw on instagram a while back you were investing some time into nogi bolos, I was wondering if you could share some insights or your thoughts regarding that technique in a video

Damn, never thought I would say this, but can you decrease the upload quantity, because every one of your videos is like a gold nugget(closer to an instructional than a free video) and I watch most of them. That being said trying to implement and experiment with what you put out takes time, and every time I blink there seems to be an even better video on your channel 😅.Anyway, thank you for your work and have a great day

at around 42:25, when you go to that quasi backside position to expose the heel, why rotate all the way back before going into the break? couldn't you finish belly down from that position, as you would from backside 50/50?

Hey Rob! I first found you from your arm saddle stuff and have been watching you ever since. Always quality stuff! @34:21 do you ever have problems with them grabbing your left arm as you go to make grips for the finish? Do your legs act enough as a wall between you and them so its never a big issue? Thanks for the uploads!

Of course grabbing arms can always be a problem in 5050 but so long as you have your feet or shins in front of his torso you can push him away. A lot more arm saddle content coming in the future. That system has a lot of room for exploration.

When you go into the triangle/ outside sankaku what is your response if someone tries to toehold that leg? Every time I cross the center line with my foot atm with one guy, he'll just go for the toe hold.

Hey Rob, doesn't putting your foot on his shoulder opens up the opportunity for Mickey Locks? Do you have anything about it on your instrucionals about it?

I'm not really worried about it. He would have to trap my toes behind his head which is another whole step I can avoid by hiding my heel (same basic defense we use against the threat of the inside heel hook).
