John Danaher on supermarkets: "Grocery shopping sits fundamentally on one axis, with pleasure on one end and nutritional utility on the other. Mastering the grocery shopping experience means locating yourself on the correct point of this axis, mastering the balance between purchasing for pleasure and purchasing for nutritional utility". John Danaher on taking a piss: "You must pinpoint the exact threshold where your ability to postpone the piss is surpassed by your bladder's signaling ability that pissing is, indeed, biologically necessary at that moment. Perceiving a lower threshold results in lower yields at the moment of pissing. Mistaking the threshold for a higher one can result in an earlier-than-expected difficulty with piss retention. Where the curves meet exactly is where you should piss."

Jesus Christ is the propitiation for the whole world's sins. They that believeth and are baptized (with the Holy Spirit) shall be saved; but they that believeth not shall be damned. Those led by the Holy Spirit do not abide in wickedness. *God is ONE manifesting himself as THREE;* the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! Bless him! *For these three are one.* As I am led by the Holy Spirit, nothing I state is a lie, but the truth of God. Anyone who tells you differently is misinformed or a liar. They do not know God, nor led by him. Anyone who *claims* to be a Christian and is against what I am doing, and where I am doing it; the Holy Spirit does not dwell within them, they lack understanding. They know not God, read his word, and their religion is in vain. Do not hear them, they will mislead you, the lost cannot guide the lost.

When you trust in God and cast your cares (worries, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts) upon him, they will be NO MORE! Know that there is power in the name Jesus Christ! His name casts out demons and heals! The world is wicked, evil, and of the devil. I too, was a wicked sinner of the world before I opened my heart to God. I am living proof of God's work and fruitfulness! He is an active God who hears the prayers of his! God's children are set apart (holy) and righteous. The devil is a liar that comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy; that includes your relationship with God! Open your heart to God, repent of your sins (he will forgive you), and let him direct your path. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands and purify your heart, lest you walk with the devil and follow him to hell.

I’d like to offer 3 potential gems… 1. You two create a one episode weekly podcast where you two break down careers, historic events, and specific positions in grappling and mma. I assume all of the jiu jitsu community and many mma fans would tune in weekly. 2. You have an episode with John asking questions regarding his step by step advice for building an athlete that is successful at implementing John's systems at the highlest levels with the main premise of the episode being how would John turn Lex fridman into a world champion in jiu jitsu from your current position now 3. You have an episode with John where you question him with questions you'd normally ask an experienced philosopher and maybe give him some time to ponder the questions you're going to ask him because I think the answers would be more systematic than just the a general answer on the spot. I'm in jiu jitsu myself and would love to hear John talk on the subject all day long but at the same time I have a lust to understand how a mind like John Danaher reflects on the chaotic world and it's unanswered questions of life and meaning.

I think after more than 700 different people that lex interviewed over the years I got to the conclusion that lex is building the most comprehensive view of the human existence. Each and every single individual he interviews brings a whole new universe in his/hers perspective. the human race or to be more exact homo sapiens are at their final stage of evolution. The thing that will come after our existence would be so beautiful, compassion, loving and caring Its giving me goosebumps all over my skin. That's what this universe deserves. Keep going lex, 300 people to go and then you can finally feed your A.I with all of your knowledge. If this A.I would be the sum of all of these people I have no doubt in my soul that the future is going to be amazing. Thank you lex, with love from Israel.

Lex is legit one of my favorite podcasters! However this podcast almost felt like John invited Lex to his own podcast. Like Mike Tyson inviting Tom Segura to his own green room. When John explains things to the listeners and looks at the camera is outstanding! It’s like he is saying “hold my beer Lex I’ll take it from here”!

Absolutely, 100 percent, the best podcast/conversion I have heard. The honest and sincere way Lex approaches each interview seems to bring out the best in every person he has on. John Danaher is a truly amazing human being. I'm a 53 yr old brown belt, who's been out for a couple of years and John has me ready to move to Austin.... Lex has become my favorite Podcaster! More Danaher please!

It's official, lex is now the goat of this whole podcast scene. He's so diverse between intelligence, sense of humor, well grounded, honest. He beat Rogan out some time ago...but can he beat YMH?

There are a number of cases where bears have fought lions. These took place in the early days of the circus in the United States. It was documented that bears would always win by a particular strategy. They would rear up on their hind legs and hit the lions on the softest part of the skull.

John Danaher needs his own podcast. Jiu-Jitsu match analysis, animal combat, strategy, would be the best podcast ever!
