All of us are always healing and growing. Triggers are directions to let us become more aware of places we can grow and develop. We all have hardship and trauma to heal from. Triggers are blessings in disguise. 🙂

Bad friends teach you bad habits wit mostly negative thoughts & emotions. Good friends teach you good habits with mostly positive thoughts & emotions. Slowly keep busy and lessen your interactions with them. Always have an excuse to not meet them. Hopefully eventually they will get the hint.

Yes so true sometimes there’s a deeper reason behind the feelings that we feel and it’s worth analysing.

I analyse it and drop it saying I don’t want to have it… I dont have to accept it 😮‍💨As Eckhart Tolle taught me🤗 it takes some time then the strong feeling disappears 😌😌

The detached viewpoint of soul is 360 degrees. It has abilities that the mental and emotional bodies don’t have. If we let the mind & emotions run amok they will make a mess of things if triggered. Soul will give me clear info, or a warning, & often I ignore it, not realizing that my emotional self is in control & is setting me up - it’s self sabotage. Soul is the higher true self, & it should be in control & “driving the bus”. The 5 passions of the mind; lust, vanity, greed, attachment and anger can easily prevent us from switching to that detached viewpoint of SOUL, that will save us from another painful, costly, or awful lesson.

Yes take a moment and it might be a strong one so I need to not respond to just the emotion that's what children do just analyze it to find out why it's so strong it helps that as you grow and progress in life are emotions are there to teach us things and we have to pay attention to that that's what learning to communicate is for

I think i over analyse everything and always working on defense mechanism, like i know that I like this person but when i get to know a lil bit that this particular thing about this person might hurt me then i tell the person that i want to take the step back and i hate that shit . Its the Major reason for me to detaching from every person that i ever liked i dont want to get hurt by them and just because i over analyse everything I ultimately get this thing in mind that why do I need to love them or why I need them to love me...I came alone I will go alone , that's the thought that doesn't let me love anybody, I think at last everybody gonna leave you so what's the point in doing all the stuff..I am not saying that it's a waste of time and emotions Well if you don't have anyone in your life There is already so much void.. I don't know what advice I need...

This is total.nonsense...not only this kills any spontaneity in life but it's impossible physically...in many situations...as emotions are a physical reaction that we cannot control. We will first experience the emotions and then we can analise as much as we want ...

Zen Master Here. I can tell you with absolute certainty, from years of mountainous isolation, robe wearing, meditation, and selfwork, the source of all our feelings is "the other guy." it's never the self. the other guy is the source of feelings. this topic will be covered in more depth in my upcoming book -- I'm Angry Because Other People Suck, Duh!
