For those who didn't know already, when Gummingoo was seeing himself lifeless this is a reference to 3d games, they will put still figurines of npc and then clone and teleport it, when the game starts the moving and animation codes come into place.

As for the other hands the ribbon is pretty obviously gangle, however the other hand I truly have to idea, one could assume it’s Zooble but as far as I’m aware they haven’t had a hand that looks like that (though seeing as zooble will have a slightly different appearance each episode it’s very possible it is them) also unrelated to this comment but I think you should check out the other show glitch is currently working on (It’s called Murder Drones), I think it would be a fun reaction series and many murder drones fans would love it :D
