Kids that grew up with their Disney DVDs watching all of the promos play out when Fastplay stayed on for hours late into the night have this song playing at the back of their head. Back then, every movie felt like an experience. The wonders that came to me after watching disney movies felt so much more powerful and inspiring. I miss being young, but I hope I can give my kids the same wonder that I had when i give them my old dvds.

I come here to play this song often, especially when I fell strong, hopeful, aggressive, or triumphant. It's silly, but I have even thought I would have it played at the end of my funeral as a message of victory over life's defeats, even death. Of course I would not do that because most of the mourners would not understand and find it mysteriously inappropriate. Anyway, I love the feel this song gives me.
@jerodbrown73396 жыл бұрын
Elijah Gale never thought of it that way, but, as for me, faith in the Lord is a victory over death and life's struggles, so I can see how you would play this at your funeral!

Your claims are completely substantiated and not silly in the least. I too turn to this score for a recharge of courage. It's amazing that types of music are synchronous to our emotion. It's as though the particles of air that vibrate (in this example to triumph) resonate in our minds and release dopamine. The more I study this the more significance is found. Enjoy sir.

To everyone talking about the Disney DVD music. This kind of thing happens all of the time. Different companies can buy or rent the rights to use a certain piece of music in advertising. It's not "stealing." They pay for the rights. NBC used the theme music from The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. as their theme for the 2008 Bejing Olympics. Danny Boyle's Sunshine used Clint Mansell's "Lux Aeterna" from Requiem For a Dream in the trailer. And if you've heard this on Disney DVDs then you've SURELY heard the theme from Rudy, probably on the same DVDs' Disney's been using that bit for years.

This song is so great. My brother loved this movie so much, and so what comes to mind for me, is playing this one with a live band at his wedding with a visit from Kevin Costner being something like the ring bearer.

Awesome theme tune, and movie.. I do think robin should have used all the money and gold he stored in his tree house to pay the same Celts he got attacked by, to sort his problems with the sheriff.

Arguably one of the best Robin Hood movies ever made!

Sir John Conyers Jr is the Robin Hood of the Ballads. It says the King was Edward not Richard. Kirkly today is called Benefice of Lower Wensleydale. See 6 churches that make a face. Look at right eye on map St. Mary's Church he's buried underground tunnel. Little John from Holder ess his friend look at Ballads... Ty ❤❤❤

Amazing movie, just watched it properly for the first time. The two hours best spent of my life. Alan Rickman, you will be missed.
