The 80s were the high point of the show - that & shows like "Las Vegas", "Dynasty", & "Dallas" mesmerized credit-hungry, spend-like-crazy consumers of the time wanting to emulate luxury with their limited budgets/earnings. You're soooo right, but ROBIN I will certainly miss.

We were a working class family who got a great big kick out of the show; never felt like it was being "rubbed" in our faces. We often laughed at the over-the-top lifestyles while realizing the happiness it buys is short-lived. Jealousy never gets u anywhere.
