In Canada, you can be fined for putting your foot on a seat when riding public transportation. Nobody jailed Pamela Anderson Lee when she overstayed her visa. Hypocrites! Brittney never left the airport. When people enter a country thats not their own they might be ignorant of the laws. She wasn't in Russia selling drugs.
