Dank je! Goed nummer idd, ik kan eens kijken of ik die ook kan doen. Kan niets beloven, want er gaat behoorlijk wat tijd in zitten om dit te maken. Voornamelijk in het zoeken naar welke synths waarschijnlijk gebruikt zijn.

Sorry for bother you in a comment. Your content is amazing. I wanted to ask you a question but I was unable to find any contact method. As seems like you have a lot of knowledge about synths used in that time, I was asking myself if by chance you have any clue about the synth used in the triplets in the 1:23 of this song: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m5KVmZ2XaM2oqK8 I'm very very curious and I have been trying with presets of classics synths without any success. Any help would be more than welcomed :D Thank you man and sorry again. I love your videos :D

First, thanks for the compliments! Regarding the synth that was used: it's hard so say, could very well even be a sample as we used samplers a lot in those days (all samplers were supplied with factory sounds on floppy disks). When I want to recreate a track, I start with browsing through the presets of all VST's that I have to find a preset that sounds similar. Note that a lot of the sounds (and their synths) are already well known, so this doesn't apply to all sounds. This is what really takes a lot of time. Back then we used the synths that we owned and obviously that differed for everyone. Most popular brands were Roland and Korg for Eurodance, so I would start finding some Kontakt libraries of the following synths to see if you can find this sound (keep in mind it might also have been layered). The most famous Roland synths were the U-220, JV-880, JV-1080. For Korg these are: 01/W, 05, M1, Trinity)

Nice 2 see you back uploading stuff haha, small question from which CD does the Percussion come frome? It would be really nice to know since it sounds like a element i could use in my own stuff :D. Hope you're doing well and continue to upload these nice videos!

Thanks, appreciate it! The percussion was not a sample, but actually a sound of the Korg M1. It is part of the drumkit patch called 'PercCatalog1'
