Hoosier Patriot yeah before Trickledown Reagonomics and the elimination of a lot of tax breaks for middle Americans were wiped out by the Graham/Rudman Bill. We had a reason to be proud. Then came the Savings and loan scandals, yeah check that out. I am a proud American female, and I vote. Patriots does not signify you follow a mean spirited president blindly, around and let him act un presidential. Watch the bbc, learn some stuff. Trump is a disaster for this country, and the reason the trumps are in the states is because Germany wouldn't let his grandfather return to the fatherland, look that up too.

@@wendettavaughnwanner3150 I lived through that era too. And I AM enjoying it. Im enjoying my tax cut, my job, watching the demonrats go down in flames. Thank you for caring about us so much. I am so sorry that we didn't recognize how much you were hurting. Your suicide hit me as hard as it did with our returning military who did the same. We should have seen it coming and reached out. You have value! You are important! We love you!

His suicide was only in light of a terminal diagnosis. I've had conversations with my father, a Vietnam vet, and our entire family has agreed to let him go out on his own terms when the time comes. He's still alive, thriving, and awesome as ever. Just had a great Christmas together! But we agreed, as a family, that he's earned the right that if he is ever in a similar position as Robin Williams that it should be up to him. That said, I encourage everyone. . . don't be selfish and take your own life needlessly.

He was just the best! He loved and respected this country and our Military. He was genuine person, with absolute genuine soul. Read the what DOD had to say about this great patriot. 🇱🇷🇱🇷 After he passed. RIP Robin you are still very sadly missed.

Beautiful. I remember this when it first aired and I was a huge fan of Mork & Mindy. Some of the references are dated but this is masterful work, funny but completely respectful. Williams was a rare talent and we lost him too soon. Oh, by the way, there are still a few patriots around, count me in their number.

This Black National Anthem nonsense got me here. A good time to watch it again. This and Red Skelton's rendition of the Pledge.

I am going to posting this yearly. I love this, Robin Williams so talented so happy that I found this. He said it perfect look at the flag as saluting yourself. This should be posted at every baseball game and football game before we salute the flag. Stop the players from kneeling. Showing what fools they are.

Thank you everyone for sharing your thoughts about Robin as a Flag, for me he is one of the greatest. Norman Lear, a war veteran, is one of my heroes in the media world and I even went into television because of All in the Family.. he showed that Archie was a bigot, you laughed with the bigot, cried with the bigot, but learned what a bigot is on network television. Thanks CBS TV one of my TV alma maters, where I had the honor to work on All in the Family. We are all one, om. Peace & Love, is the only answer. Paul Sladkus
