Robinson’s Mall Cebu

Seeing that cue reminded me of the one and only time I had to wait in line FOREVER! When I moved from Minnesota to Arizona way back in 95', the wait to get an AZ driver's license after taking my number was almost 8 hrs. Months later, since we worked Mon.- Fri., we used the option to get our marriage license on Sat. At the bail bond window through the outside wall of the Tucson state prison. A rather unique experience. Standing in line with some rather unsavory folks to slip our money under the thick bulletproof glass. Fortunately, the courthouse in Greenville, 25 miles south, had a very nice little courtyard for the civil ceremony.

Last time I was at Robinsons Cebu the sidewalk in front was cluttered was just before Covid, and the sidewalk vendors were thick and one was so aggressive as to be outrageous and it wasn't worth the hassle to try to return.

My Hokas last time were $65 US much cheaper than PI! Some peeps don't like Robinsons supermarkets, don't mind shopping there myself, they have mostly everything you need for home supplies, was never interested in buying the meat there though as it was always kept out in the open for everyone to breathe on, just something I wasn't used too. Have those Robinsons Malls by the water been there long? When I was in Cebu in 2005-06, the only Robinsons I remember was the one at Fuentes Osmena Circle.

I know SM Seaside is very new. I don’t know about that specific Robinson’s.

We stayed at Summit Galeria hotel above mall back during COVID. We did 10 day quarantine there.

The street currency exchanges never require passports. Only the big ones in the mall. I never show passport to exchange
