This is crazy! I work at the one in ohio and we do everything manually, we handle the logs and cut them out self's on the half saw, quarter saw , resaw etc. i heard there weren't many like us

that is an awful lot of veneer-grade white oak getting turned into barrel staves. they must pay a lot for those logs, because in the east there is strong competition for them
