Former roblox dev, I left roblox and continued my game dev on unity. The main reason why many roblox games are like that bc its the only way to make money. Roblox takes a huge percentage from dev. I think it's 70% not sure. Many games like the one in the video are not profitable and left in the dust bc its not putting money in roblox wallet. It's just disgusting that roblox relying on child labor and stealing their money and given one way to make money

Rogurt from what I have been told, in fnaf 1 the animatronics will attempt moving every 5s and if a random number (1-20) is lower then the animatronics difficulty then it will move to the next cam/position. So most fnaf fan games might use the same ai system, so keep that in mind :)

Yes, that's about how it works. Also to avoid some animatronics just standing there doing nothing, they force moves every few rolls. An example of this is FNAF 2's Foxy, when he stands in the hallway about to jump you, he either runs up necause he got a good roll or he's forced into the kill phase after a while.

This made me really wish we had a fnaf game where you play william afton when he returned to freddy fazbears to take apart the animatronics before his death. Imagine running about the place, doing your best to hide you were ever there and fending off the animatronics until the right time where you kill them. -- nights 1 - 5 idea --- As you kill each one you end up with aparations of the ghost kid you killed, attempting to put you on edge like fnaf 3 does, but the more you kill the more of them there will be. Until the last level where you fend off the puppet and win... is what you think but you unlock the 6th night. --- 6th night mechanics --- The 6th night you fend on all 5 kids, plus new spooky creatures like the shadows and nightmare of your other victims as a new animatronic enters the game. Using the voices of the other animatronics to trick where you look and if you do manage to win, you get up and walk to a room to leave; you're cornered by the 5 kids. You manage to keep them back with your flashlight (a slight retcon to what he's holding in the fnaf cutscene) and if you beat the minigame; they fade letting you leave. Or not. -- ending--- Suddenly a 6th kid appears and jumpscares you, causing you to back off and run into a corner; in a panic you wear the costume that you used in the game to get rid of some of them and the kids reappear; they're all smiling and the 6th one is laughing. *CLICK* *SPLAT* *CRACK* you fall to the ground and as you twitch you see one of them grab you; dragging you to another room nobody will ever find you in again as you hear a voice "The others are like animals, but I am very much aware" with a small "shhh" it ends.

This is why I say, as a Fortnite player, Fortnite will NEVER beat Roblox. They may have them beat technology wise, but Roblox is a desert and Fortnite is a lush grassland, everything in the grassland is nice and comfortable, but everything in the desert have evolved to survive and be as strong as possible. Roblox is extremely hard to make quality stuff with, and even then they make banger after banger and some even get turned into amazing games. Lethal company was made by a roblox developer! The only time you ever see anything of quality in Fortnite is when a team is commissioned to make something, even then, results may vary. Roblox is hard as hell to use, the studio sucks, the community can be very annoying, and a majority of your pay is deducted, where all of those are completely different in Fortnite, but that challenge is why it is so amazing, like source film maker, I have seen absolutely spectacular animations in the absolute death trap that is SFM.
