My theory/some info about this game: The “antidote” is Ambien. Ambien is both a sedative and a sleeping medication and has been known to make people hallucinate and that’s why the girl is having morbid and weird dreams. The dad was being investigated for the high amounts of ambien he purchases in order to continue knocking out this girl. The dev himself said this wasn’t based on the Fritzl case, but the bunker is. Basically the dad is both selling out this girl and using her himself. The person who knocked was supposed to be someone who is going to “visit” the girl while she sleeps and the dad was upset they came early. The game was banned on roblox not because of the content but because the dev of the original game asked to remove it. In the original game, if you don’t take the meds, a belt unbuckling can be heard. If you continue taking the meds, the little girl says “why is my belly so big and round?” The dreams are up to interpretation but I’m assuming it’s the girl’s dissociative type dreams from being assaulted. Her mind can’t process what’s going on so she assumes the creatures she sees are monsters that are coming to hurt her. Technically, they are monsters coming to hurt her. The dad also mentions that the monsters imitate human voices as a way to make the girl stay quiet if any visitors were to come there and potentially find her. It’s so nobody finds out that she’s there. The original game creator is nouhi dev.

For those who didn't understand the ending : the pills were supposed to be used to make the little girl heavily asleep, which this criminal that is a "dad", r*ped her in her sleep for MONTHS. And even when you decide to still take the antipodes after the criminal never came back for a very long time, she says that she feels sick, it means she became pregnant due to her being manipulated by the criminal (aka the dad) and nausea is something common while a little girl is pregnant Alas, this game is disturbingly dark.

This game has the most disturbing plot twists I have ever seen. At first, it might look like it's psychological horror about isolation and loneliness, but no, that's not the case. The game is horrifying and disturbing but not because of the creepy atmosphere, but showing how two-faced and horrifying people can be. This just proves that people can also be the monsters we are scared of... EDIT: (SOME INFORMATION) ***So this is just some conclusions I came up with T^T*** *Antidote:* -The so called "antidote" is sedatives that would obviously make the girl sleepy. As you can see in the video, when the little girl decided not to drink the pills, she didn't feel sleepy at all. *The girl:* -The girl is probably 9 or 10 years old since periods may start at that age (In the different ending, the girl may say "I feel nauseous" or "Why is my stomach getting big". Pregnancy only starts once a girl reached the period stage.). The girl also knows how to take a shower, prepare her own food, write and read, which are some of the clues I observed to come up with her age. *Father:* -I don't really know about the father though. But, it's either the girl got kidnapped and trapped in the basement at a very young age (That's why she doesn't know what a sun or an apple is.). Or, the father of her just trapped her or whatsoever. *Nightmares:* -I think the nightmares are representing her interest about getting out of the basement and also represents her fear about what would happen when he gets out of the basement. (Which is caused by her manipulative "Father")

As a viewer through the eyes deceive, I've seen the endings, and it's genuinely heartbreaking to hear. The fact is that in one of the endings, you can even hear the dad take off his belt. It's genuinely heartbreaking. Sometimes, I just want to gag when I hear this is about a real story. The fact is that it's an actual child and a grown man who lied to his daughter about monsters, but it's just him running from the police. The fact that he's doing all these age restricted things with a minor/child is genuinely so sad. My eyes deceive has actually just made me throw up. It's so sad. I'm genuinely scarred for life now. it's just a sad story, but it's also so much more than that. It's the fact that a grown man is doing inappropriate stuff to a child is genuinely disgusting to hear, but maybe the reason he's being doing all of this because the "antidote" isn't medicine, it's sleep medicine so she doesn't feel the pain that her, or his, child is going through. It's genuinely just disgusting. And in genuine play through, I definitely agree that if you have a weak stomach, do NOT play my eyes deceive.but, its still the fact that the girl still trusts her "papa". It's just so heartbreaking.

For anyone who has gone through what this game shows, I was abused too, though not in that way and not as bad as that. But many others unfortunately have gone through what you have and if you're seeing this then hopefully you're free of it now. And it's ok to go to therapy, it helped me! There will be people who will support you and be there for you. If you want an example then take me. I was abused all my life by my mother. Then when I became sick she abandoned me and threw me away like I was nothing. She did the same to my older brother and my dad too. My dad was a kid man but he couldn't do anything against her because then she'd tell everyone he was the one doing everything. So we all were trapped. But when I was sick and left for dead it set the rest of us free. My parents got divorced and now I live with my dad! He takes care of me and pays for my therapy and medical bills, he also takes care of my autistic older brother. So sometimes things have to get worse before they get better, but when they get better they become great! It takes time though, it won't happen overnight. I hope this helped anyone who is being abused in any way!

Because of roblox policies, the creator had to change several things. The tic tac with the pills inside were originally actual pill bottles, there used to be condoms in the post credit cutscene and there used to be a receipt on the table in the house near the police report saying that the pills papa bought were sedatives, which is why the police did the spontaneous search. The "antidote"/sedatives that papa forces you/the little girl to take is so that she falls asleep then he come in and rapes her. The bad ending is when you listen to papa and continue to take the pills and on day 147, the girl says "why is my belly so round and full papa?" but it was later changed to "why do i feel so nauseous every morning papa?" which is a symptom of pregnancy. The good ending is when you decide to not take the pills and when you pretend to fall asleep papa comes down the bunker and you can hear him unzip his pants (the sound of him doing so was removed). Then someone knocks on the door, the police most likely, and he leaves the bunker door open. So you make a run for it and escape. Many people believe that this game was based off of the Elizabeth Fritzl case, it is not. The rooms in the game are, but not the actual case. Elizabeth's father locked her up when she was 18 for 24 years and she ended up having 7 children, she eventually escaped after her eldest daughter had to be rushed to the hospital. The game is actually based off a two sentence horror: "my papa always made me take my antidote, it always made me sleepy but it was keeping me safe" "But, sometimes I wonder, why has my belly grown big and round from it?"

Only to unban him a few weeks later when everyone thought the case was resolved. Something that finally clicked for me about this game is you choose on night 2 what kind of danger exists in the outside, do you choose open empty space filled with monsters, similar to the freerunner game, or a darker and scarier version of the nightmares of life in the basement that you deal with, showing the child is at least aware something happens in the night, even if they sleep through it, and that’s so much worse to me than if they didn’t remember it happening

When the father tells the girl to take her pills, you notice how he always asks if she is sleepy. He then tells her to go to sleep and keeps her in the house because of the deadly disease outside. But the twist Is that her father isn't telling her to swallow pills for the disease, it's to make her sleep so that he can S/A her until she wakes up and has children with him. It is not just the graphics being scary, it's the plot of the story and how disturbing it is. Really recommend playing, (I think it's on steam ?)

Yeah basically to put it bluntly the "antidote" was sleeping pills and the other one was birth control when she passed out he would do inappropriate things to her which is why he said take them or youll get "infected" aka pregnant. The monsters were a product of hallucinations from the sleeping pills or its her mind trying to process the trauma and the guy telling her all those things said that stuff so she would never leave.
