Some tips: 1) you have enough time to run past the bouncer if you need to turn around, so if you get cornered, try to just run past him 2) the skelepede despawns when you go on land after a while, and only spawns the first time you enter a room. 3) since you constantly need light, the best way i found to recharge your light without getting disoriented is to shake it whenever you’re going in a straight path, since you already know what’s in front of you.

although the bouncer is fast, it takes him a second or two before he attacks so you can easily slip by him without taking damage. the skelepede on the other hand is pretty slow; i panicked my first time around thinking it was fast but you can turn around while running and see its usually pretty far behind you, so you dont really need to rush. the candlebearers are also a little slower than the player, so you can usually outrun them

@@Geovenox the biggest threats are: 1) getting cornered in a tight pathway 2) allowing skelepede to catch up to you while turning (it turns surprisingly fast and when it charges within a few studs, you often cant dodge) 3) running out of light when you need to turn and getting disoriented

Honestly, best tip I can give is to just keep running. Don't stop. You can outrun the bouncer and the statues, and the skelepede, although just barely faster, only dashes when close to you, so you'll be able to easily get a headstart and keep ahead of it. Only times I've died is getting backed into a corner with the bouncers.

Its a cool event, a bit comically easy. As long as you go no stop it you can beat it in about 10 minutes without being hurt. I think since they only had about 40 days to work on this that the release is more or less a means to speed up patching and bug fixing bc boy are there alot. They want it to be apart of the haunt so its a very smart move but hey i loved what i play and excited to see them fix it.
