*This issue with unfair DSA bans from "community moderators" could've been avoided if:* - Roblox did their job moderating properly themselves & written strict rules for UGC items; - Roblox made initial moderation before allowing UGC to release. Instead, we have communities like Peak UGC that took the bid 'moderating' the items using DSA forms. And I am sure they had knew that those could be easily compromised because Roblox has no strict/direct rules and they don't actually moderate anything in much cases which makes DSA report into '80% chance to ban' for whatever reason you came up with, just have to hinge it up properly. Instead of listening or at least paying some kind of a decency to the people they have bid themselves 'moderate' (rather to target), they had choosen the ignorance to them. And if the crap hits the fan they could always just refer to the point that if you were moderated - then the action was properly set. And now they are celebrating their own destruction... Ironic.

I feel like these reports should have an age configuration to hopefully put these false takedowns to a rest, while realistically being less common. It is stupid that a feature mainly used for reporting inappropriate things, which this feature was made due to laws, is being abused by assumably children because they decided to chose violence and take down a cosmetic that they couldn't get (either due to price, or Limited UGC stock running out), so they decided nobody can have it.
