Tips if you don't watch also watch 3:21 to see how good with the tips u can be: Charge from the side to avoid opponent's sword, jump and hit them if they flick at you. Bait opponent with a fake move, then quickly reverse and attack. Wait for the opponent to attack and enter cooldown, then attack while they're vulnerable. Be close to the player for this to work effectively. non ChatGPT version:Tip 1: Charge from the side to avoid the sword, if the opponent knows your going to the side and flicks at you, jump and hit them from the side. Tip 2: Bait the players as if your gonna charge straight or play a dumb move. Then reverse that move quick and attack. Tip 3: Avoid the opponents attack, and quickly while in the cooldown for the next attack, charge to the side of the player.

1. its ok to rush straight forward but dont do it on anti ft swords (anti force tie swords), rush w and d on heal swords, on force tie swords holding w is the most effective way 2. jumping is a disadvantage + advantage on forcetie swords, you generally dont jump on anti force tie swords / heal swords 3. movement is necessary for some things but not essential, don't focus on your movement, but more of aim 4. relying on baits wont get you anywhere, you have to take risks in order to improve aswell 5. rushing forward isn't necessarily bad, just do it properly 6. playing passive will get you nowhere, (its true, you either play offensive or defensive) this ones the best tip of getting your playstyle in check, there is no passive playstyle that'll make you better 7. for the dear god abusing autoclicker wont get you better, only use these in clanning sessions, because you'll do terrible without autoclicker (said by top scrimmage team leader + player :) go on my channel to see more)

Sometimes I like to do this thing where I randomly jump quick bursts of 3 to 5 times and go away from my opponent and then go towards them while jumping and then suddenly snap back to normal and swing afterwards and maybe swing while jumping.

You actually shouldn't jump unnecessary unless confusing the enemy or jumping out of reach of a sword, spam jumping is easily the worst mistake that a newbie can make, you're EXTREMELY vulnerable when you're in the middle of the jump and you have greatly reduced mobility making you a sitting duck.

One tip for high ping players: Quit swordfighting, It's not fucking worth it if you have high ping, you won't improve and will keep dying thanks to the fact that you do less damage per tick

I have tried all of your tips and none worked, i attacked from the side but the opponent would end up flicking their camera and end up to my right, i have tried to bait, but when i back up the reach would still kill me, i tried lunge timing but each time their sword would go vertical they would back up before i can attack, the camera angle helped me undersatnd how stupid my opponents reach is
