Not able to maintain relationships because of low volume not getting support from suppliers. What to do in this condition?

@@rashalshrivastava8009 Hi Rashal, this is a fairly common issue, and it can even happen in big business for smaller spend areas. Typically it means the supplier sees you as a exploitable or even potentially a nuisance customer (remembering that not all business is good business). You need to understand three things: 1. The criticality of supply to your business. 2. The way in which the supplier perceives you. 3. The availability of supply in the market. Once you understand these three things you can develop a sound category strategy to decide: How important is it that I get this right every time? Is the relationship with the supplier worth pursuing? What other options are available in the market? Once you can answer these questions, hopefully the answer to your dilemma will become clear.
