Our new additive manufacturing system, The Paste_Pro, offers a cost effective solution for low-temperature tooling applications.
By combining the multi-axis capabilities of a KUKA robot with the 2KM extruder, Sika material and Aibuild software, large PU parts can be printed to a near-net shape, reducing the need for extensive machining and creating lightweight parts.
Process
The Paste_Pro system streamlines the entire production process, eliminating many of the logistical headaches associated with traditional tooling board manufacturing. By removing the need to manage large boards, bond joints, and handling significant waste, manufacturers can focus on innovation and efficiency.
