I like to think in my headcanon is that the Robot Chicken sketch with Ms. Claus battling Goku & Gohan was one of the universes that Xeno destroyed because he knew how strong Ms. Claus was and was deemed too big a threat if she was not stopped but Xeno had already used his powers to delete the universe even though Goku and Gohan already had destroyed her nothing could stop that universe from disappearing.
