i do believe they're close to mastering the jack of all trades i far from it but starting out with mechanic stuff and engines so repairing and maching tractors and the eguipment for me would be best with manuals on how to repair and maintain them

Cow manure, like that of most herbivores, is not particularly gross. When dried it’s been used for fuel and even building material in places.

I like watching your videos , my uncle had a small (compared to your )dairy farm in Kentucky mid 60's till around 92 ! I loved to help him when I was a kid ! How very different it is today ! In early 60's his parlor was modern had the milkers an lines going to a I think 5000 gal tank that the dairy came an picked up the milk like every 3rd day ! Most people don't understand the life commitment it is to be a dairy farmer you milk twice a day 365 rain or shine flood or blizzard ! My uncle loved every cow an took the best of care he knew how ! But Thank You for your videos and being a Dairy Farmer an by default a jack of all trades , that is a Farmer .

We used to push feed with just a normal feed bucket. Just put about a third of the bucket in the feed pile, and it will pile up in the bucket and form its own plow. Then just dump it out at the end. The robot does a very nice job, though, and no man hours required. Unless it needs repairs. Love the channel. Reminds me a lot of the dairy I used to work at.

Mice are the cause of many electrical headaches on our grain farm as well! Whenever we experience sudden "sensor" failures, we usually reach for the multimeter first. Simple continuity and voltage tests will usually direct you to the faulty component pretty quick. And more often than not, it's a wire that's been chewed apart 🐭 A couple wire connectors and some electrical tape, and we're back in business!
