This channel is one of the top rated ones for me. I really enjoy them and this was another great video, Eric. The only problem is there aren’t enough of them! 😁 I’d watch an episode everyday. But I know that’s not possible. Good work though! So, if y’all watch this channel, what other farming channels do you all watch that’s as good as Eric’s? I just can’t find but a couple that’s as good as this one.

I can see the cows breaking that scraper, it's what mine would do, if I had one. Looked like you have one cow keeping a close eye on you while you were working on it. Well I just learned that what I would use duct tape on can actually be fixed by a plastic welder which I didn't even know was a profession! Great video and love how the house is coming along!

Growing up on a dairy farm one of my many chores was sweeping in the feed. Hopefully one day you might have a son who you can teach to do the same thing! Robotic technology is good but instilling work ethics in our younger generation is even better! Love your videos!

With more brewers grain(wdg?) delivered, I'm guessing ya'll like the feed addendum. Notice any particular changed cow habits since adding it. The mesh type sheet rock tape and a tube of roofing lap does good a job on plastic cracks too...very clean looking if you can get access to the underside of cracks.

Great work Eric. The farming takes me back to my youth. The milk parlour especially. A use to be a milk boy in Scotland and after delivering to the doorstep a would go to the dairy and work 2 hours per day. Was good days as a 14 year old to 16 years old. From the doorstep to the dairy then into Philips factory at 16 years old. Kids don’t have the work ethic as we did back in the 90s for sure. They want everything handed to them. Lol.

I love the look and color combination of your family's new home! Make sure you grade away from the house and not toward it for good drainage. What kind of HVAC system will you have? Is the heat gas or electric? What state is the interior, finished or in progress?

When I was doing excavation work for new houses we would spread hay around the house a couple feet out to keep mud from washing up on the siding till the gutters are installed

Beautiful home Eric! Bet the entire family is so excited to watch the progress! Are you drilling your own well or tapping into the farms supply. We’re curious about how many wells the farm has as it seems water use intensive. Our well is 286 feet Dee and supplies 55 gallons a minute.
