I wish they'd put more time and effort in to iron out all the bugs and glitches this game had. Plus like many others have experienced, the physics were rather frustrating and not very realistic. For example the movement of the original robots like Hypno-Disc and Razer exc. would just roll over after being flipped and just roll back again artificially, same with the house robots. That’s why I tend to prefer battling against the fictional robots because they’re movement is a bit more realistic, and of course most of them can’t selfright, haha! At least the physics were better in this game than in Extreme Destruction. That was even more frustrating, everything was just completely out of control in that game! None the less I still really enjoy playing Arenas of Destruction to this day. The Siberian Military base was my favourite arena. I always find it hilarious when the house robots go flying over the mines and yet still kept fighting without a care, even if they ended up in the pit or out the arena, that was so funny! Good times!

I picked up this game for £3 last week, me and my 8 year old rush to the PS2 to play it every afternoon since... and laugh till we cry. 🤣 10/10

Our awful, stupid looking robots either get completely destroyed OR they unexpectedly defeat Sir Killalot by trickling him off a roof/into a minefield. Either way, gold.

Used to be a huge fan of Robot Wars back in my 10s, I owned toys, watched the show and even played this game both full and demo. I used to own this game until I lost interest and took it back. 2:35 Your opponent lost it's power source thus it lost. This can be annoying if you use a RL robot such as Chaos 2 or Mortis as they easily break down, most custom-built robots made for the game tend to break down less often.
