Should i get the i7+ ? In Italy the s9 hasn’t been released yet ... Does it clean well?

The Roomba s9 has a higher airflow so it can clean carpets better, but fir hardwood floors they are about the same
@TiltedTripodMedia4 жыл бұрын
This is a fantastic idea although poorly implemented. Im going to improve on this till if find something that works. With a golden retriever that constantly sheds im going to go through bags like crazy. It needs a vacuum seal locking lid to start

Robot Masters I tend to be very hand and very and determined. I just got my s9+ and love it’s power and features hate the bags. Tried the shark iq love the bag less bin hate that it’s missing some of the room a features and it’s mapping isn’t as good

Hi Robot Master , I have a question . I had switch from Neato D7 to the S9 do to Floorplan recognition problem. Any how, would you happen to know why the S9 give problema to dock on it’s home? Mine seem to dock and go back down multiple times and stays near the base but nothing else, can’t make it charge now . So weird , any ideas of what I can do ? Thank you :)
@RobotMasters5 жыл бұрын
So the reason the Roomba is docking up and down is because the charging pads on the self emptying bin are not making contact with the Robot contact pads. Try wiping them down and maybe lifting them up a bit to provide contact. Hope this helps 👍🏻
@NaomiCastro-Neo5 жыл бұрын
Robot Masters , your the best ...... I will try it now and will let you know . Thanks
@RobotMasters5 жыл бұрын
@@NaomiCastro-Neo If you can't lift them up, you can add a few pieces of tin foil and tape them down on the contact pads if the robot. I may do a video on this down the road.

Robot Masters hi ;) well it was nothing big. I guess I’m starting to read robot mind like you jajjajaja so what it was is that something round like the size of a quarter made of a carton was stock in between the 2 rollers 🤪. So thank God now it works. So if someone ask tell them to check inside first to see if anything is stuck because these machines seems to be very sensitive. Jajajja . Anyway, keep doing great videos . I for one, hate the idea of expensive consumables which is why I am interested in your hack. The shark would fit my needs except that several reviewers, you included have pointed out that the navigation sucks. So, I await a successful hack from you that I can copy. You pointed out that there are several filters to deal with on the shark. I'm wondering about a periodic cost of replacing those filters unless they are cleanable for a long time.
@RobotMasters5 жыл бұрын
They have some deals for about $12 for a 3 pack minus the Main Self emptying bin filter only has one.

The other problem I do have is that my s9 goes over my shaggy rug even after I put a no go . In other words after it finish cleaning, it goes back to its home in my living room but it always tries to do a short cut by going over my rug and go home and not going around the area rug and go home . Ugh these robots 🤖
@RobotMasters5 жыл бұрын
You can try putting a physical barrier around the area rug and have the robot clean and return to the dock I believe 5 times in a row and it will remember to avoid that area and go the alternative route. Or redo the Training runs with the barrier in place
