Hi Rob, been watching a few of your podcasts last few weeks. Couple of points - nice to listen to the insights of a pro guitarist, hearing how you approach things & the anecdotes ref your chickens! I think 20 mins is a good length for listening with a few key learning points. I’d value hearing more about how to develop rhythmic skills, regards Neil

Hi Rob, I am long time fan of Jamiroquai and i saw their show in Stockholm in 1998 before you joined the group i guess. I was not particularly on focusing on the guitar part at that time but after becoming guitar player myself( not in professional way though) i started looking at things from that angle musically melodically and technique wise. We have one thing in common, I am at your age so i kinda synch my thought process to yours as i listened to your podcast as well as your lessons. Nevermind the crowd here in social media or the numbers what you do is already great and you are truly inspirational. Thanks

Yeah. Acoustic is hard work, and I have the hugest respect for good acoustic players! I've always been an electric guitarist, but I like to have an acoustic sitting beside me when I'm watching guitar and music videos so I can just pick it up and play it if I see/hear something I want to try out. It's quick and simple and it gives my hand a wee bit of a workout.

I think most people watch your videos because they take an interest in what you do and enjoy watching you play and if they learn a riff or too it’s a bonus! Playing in the garden was a great idea 👍

Is that made from Blackwood? ....if so, the wood is harvested by maton in my neck of the woods ( no pun intended) in the Otway region outside of Melbourne where I live....
