It surprises me how much brickwork can be removed and all above stays there. Amazing work as well.

In Faversham there is a gauged arch of a similar shape. It rests on an old wooden frame. When the brickwork above can clearly hold itself in place it appears that the arch has nothing to do but hold itself. The use of a joggle in the joint would help it. I think this would have been a good place to incorporate some sort of additional help. A brave video to post but a very good one for all those that care about their work .
