I like how she is confident and honest without being rude. This is the first time I am listening to her speak. Did not expect her voice to sound like that, pleasant surprise.

As a fan of Robyn AND the Spice Girls, I really like how she aproached this. She was keeping it real and stated her opinion but she did so in a very respectful and classy manner.

He asked if she thought she had an American sound. Lol, she influenced every pop band that came out in the 90s because she did it first and they all sounded like her.

Very true. Every time Robyn releases a new album it influences pop music for many many years afterward.

Having that swagger at 18, it's no surprise that she went on to break every mold, crashing any glass ceiling, and come out stronger and with more inregrity than ever.

She was imitating r&b girls like Monica and Mary J Blidge.

I totally appreciate what she's saying... Bit Show Me Love is literally a standard pop song. It's not like she's being 'real' or it's this ethereal song you know lol if she'd said all that after releasing With Every Heartbeat or Honey! this would be more legit.

Genuine. She's genuine. Not sure what else to say.

I found it offensive when she said she knew more about Black history and culture than black people know. Dangerous comment. Youll never be the black girls/women you imitated and copied Robin. What a insult to the creators and innovators of the r&b and hip hop genre she wants to be included in(and never was) so badly.

I don't even think robyn is that focused in the us anymore. to happen in the us was the approach she had at the beginning of career, that's about it. if she's not happening in the us guess what she's happening in portugal, spain and so on.
