I have the same mousepad but the rgb lights on the sides are very dim to the point of not being able to see any color and brightness is max on the software. only lights i can visibly see are the ones closest to the control hub on the top left of the pad is it a malfunctioning one because when i first got it it was very bright but days later it starts dimming

Big question. You said this cannot be connected to a hub. Did you mean USB hub? Because that would be the only way I could connect this to my computer. Awesome review, by the way. Very helpful. Thank you so much.

I meant a stand alone power hub. It can be connected to a hub through your computer

No I don't think so . You need the Swarm program

@@SHELTECH4 I also say this because the dam thing turns on when you plug it into a USB port of the computer without the software installed. And flashes and turns off when plugged into the wall or USB port of a charging hub

You can't put directly in water. But I use a wet cloth to rub out stains and a lint roller to pick up surface dirt

I can feedback 1 years and a half later the mouse pad is dead , no RGB poorly can, be wash etc etc ... Don't b'uy this one.
