No replace parts and no repair service. Thank You roccat your marvelous build to last keyboard..... lasted 2 years of not so extensive use. Titan switches have an issue of getting broken so when you type you got double types or missing types. Really helpful by playing games not to mention writing passwords or typing in general. So your slogans "build to last", "best in the world", "100 million clicks", "The Titan Switch is a marvel of German engineering" and "best mechanical switch on the market" are going to trash with my keyboard beside it. The worst is that they are admitted in email that they are aware of the problem but guess what .... STILL SELLING FAULTY PRODUCT. NO ROCCAT EVER AGAIN. I hope the market will show you soon your place which is the bankruptcy. It could be great keyboard, it definitely looks good but unfortunately that is all good sides. My 170 euro is wasted but my lesson is learned. Before you buy any peripherals. First look for users reporting problems and ask company for repair service and spare parts. And dont buy anything which is not on the market for at least half year.

Yes, you can make it either volume or for the colors using the software

Luky guy! Bought for 169 a god damn maus from Roccat bought it over a year ago. It suddently stop working and causing multiple death by doing so. it looks ok for now. And I stoped auto update, dont want it beeing messed up again!

@@memoli801 i never update unless its broken and even then i make a backup as you cant roll back these days. Updates do more harm then they do good these days.

I Just bhought the 100 and the roccat swarm is not installing... Do you know how to install it propertly?

What's the error it's giving you? It took me a few attempts to get it to install properly. I had to disable my firewall and restart a few times, but it got there! Let me know if you need further help trouble shooting. Enjoy the keyboard!

I thought it was comfortable enough during my testing. I would prefer a wrist rest in general though.

No it doesn't. It's thin enough I haven't felt like I need one though. I got it on a good sale though, the 120 was actually cheaper the other day when I looked.

Trying to get rid off my apex m300, so dissapointed in steelseries keyboard(not mechanical).. looking for some mechanical keyboard atm... this keyboard caught my eye browsing the internet for different keyboards.. never used roccat products.. What's the difference between 100 and 120 aimo? I wanna get general-purpose keyboard.. steelseries keyboards are good for gaming, but really bad for typing/coding ... I'm here because this keyboard is in the top10 best keyboard list in 2018.. of Techradar i think ; )

The 120 has a wrist wrest, that's the only difference. It's performs well and looks great. There are some drawbacks like I mentioned in the video, but it's good.

Very annoying base going on in the background. Skip that for your next video. And get a lapier mic. It will better your videos for a cheap cost.
