Great video! The children are fortunate to be involved with all the good teaching and loving! Also, wonderful technique!!! I have been considering a KA and save my hands - plus it is less sticky in the beginning!

they are my little helpers and teaches them to appreciate food! KA is great also to make home made pasta, cakes etc...it is expensive but if you can afford it why not!

True but here you are going for a slow fermentation hence the cold….you ste fermenting for up to 2 days for a pizza
