Hopefully the people of the UK have learnt that none of the main parties are any good to normal people. My wish is that the whole of the UK votes for independent candidates. You haven't listened to George obviously. He's made it very clear that he's going to strive to return the A&E and maternity wards in the local hospital. And talked about how it strips the dignity from locals that they can't be born and die in Rochdale for the most part and have to be born in Oldham. He's also said he'll take an active role in preventing the football club from going into administration. And you need to accept that the Muslim community is a part of Rochdale and that the plight of our fellow Muslims is dear to us. It's a very dear topic to the Irish too as they see the parallels of their struggle against British imperialism in Palestine. It's a war from which many oppressed and occupied people see themselves.

Rochdale has a high Muslim population as do a number of towns and cities and the Muslim population clearly voted because they despise Israel which is a ludicrous reason to vote in a local election and of course their are exceptions their is to all matters but the forced mixing of very different cultures has a number of consequences and as long as this Gaza stupidity goes on Britain will suffer. Our useless corrupt politicians are trapped in an elitist system that was not designed to deal with modern day problems and that must be obvious . Try not voting on mass and i guarantee the politicians will make voting compulsory , which means that one has to turn up at a voting station, try spoiling your vote then and you will see the dark side of politics and that you will not like.

Because tens of thousands of people are being slaughtered by one of the world's most advanced armies which is given $3 billion of weapons every year by the USA, and our government is aiding and abetting them, has vetoed UN resolutions for a ceasefire and has cut the funding for the one relief agency trying to feed the people who are starving. Thatcher did not destroy Rochdale. It was old industries with workers who refused to change because they had unions telling them they were victims. Pepole who thought they were entitled to do the same jobs in the same way with more and more pay each year.
