There’s also a glitch you can do with the rock candy and volatile starlight, if you eat the volatile starlight if it gives you the overheal effect wait until it’s almost ran out and then eat rock candy - it will trick the game into thinking your base speed is the volatile starlight speed boost and you will have a permanent speed boost similar to that of the maximum overdrive modifier :)
